This session was hard.
Could it have been the mother complaining to
me about her daughter's choice of clothes? yes
Could it have been this girl had bad skin and wanted "nice" pictures? yes
Okay, I'm a bit whiny, but come on!! We need to start writing into the contracts that parents are not encouraged to accompany their child at their session - to their session: fine; sit in the lobby or on a bench and read a book - but leave us and your kid alone - they will look better and make our job easier!!!
I did some photoshopping. Yes, I did. I cleaned up her skin. She had a pasty complexion besides and the red spots didn't help. I did my best. Whatever; I don't condone overphotoshopping otherwise.. especially fixing teeth(which I have done) etc... ugh. Anyway:
here's the
before skin cleanup:
here is the
after:
Is her skin better? yep. I just wish I didn't have to do it.
Didn't have to fix skin for this one; pretty nice pic! Her mom was having a cow about those flip flops! Whatever, not the mom's pics; they're the girl's and she likes her flip flops!
Some skin fixing. She looks nice in this pic.
I really love this picture of her! Personality wise; with a half-grin; this is her summed up. She was making silly faces the ENTIRE time, so it was hard; but finally got a good candid.
Okay.. to end with a fun picture from the last senior session!
Thanks for the look! I'd love any comments! -Cassie
